Nazia Hirani-Bradley is the founder of Novel Architecture Studio, a boutique design studio specializing in private residences and wellness-driven environments for clients who demand unparalleled privacy, refinement, and experiential design. Her work is defined by emotional intelligence, cultural sophistication, and an innate understanding of how a space can shape life from the moment one enters.

Nazia’s process begins with an intimate exploration of each client’s story, values, and legacy, translating personal narratives into spaces that are both luxurious and profoundly meaningful. Her philosophy unites wellness-focused research, cultural depth, and fully bespoke design, often collaborating with carefully selected small businesses to ensure every detail aligns with the client’s vision.

She holds a Master’s in Architecture from the University of South Florida, where her thesis examined architecture’s role in emotional healing, informed by her work with New Life Village and the Community Development Corporation of Tampa. Her professional foundation was built at EYP in Atlanta, where she designed pediatric healthcare environments, developing an acute awareness of how space influences well-being.

Today, Nazia focuses exclusively on luxury residences and wellness-oriented hospitality projects, creating serene, culturally attuned spaces that balance technical precision with timeless elegance. Her expertise spans high-end residential, spiritual, commercial, solar, and healthcare design, with each commission approached as a fully bespoke work of art.
